Description

Lion cub in den with scowl web ready

Join Mike Gulbraa of M&M Photo Tours as he guides you through a photographic wildlife tour of Tanzania, Kenya, Botswana, Namibia, & South Africa. Creatures great and small, from colorful birds, wary hyenas and towering giraffes will be featured including the African "Big Five": lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and Cape buffalo. Mike will also share images from the great seasonal migrations where millions of wildebeests and tens of thousands of other plains animals such as zebras and Thomson's gazelles make their yearly trek across Africa’s landscape in search of food and water.

Mike founded M&M Photo Tours, Inc. in January 2009 with the idea of pairing the best travel photography locations on earth with the instruction of world-class guest pros who have a passion for teaching their art.  Mike has traveled to 162 countries and has extensive contacts across the globe making M&M tours a touch above others.  Mike is a published, award winning photographer, and his work hangs on the walls of Fortune 100 companies, private collectors around the world, and he has had 12 book covers in the last 10 years.

Location is Conference Room B (downstairs) at the main downtown Salt Lake City library
