This past January camera club members, Greg Smith, John Berneike, and Jeff Clay took a twelve day tour with professional photographer and tour leader Jeff Swinger to Iceland. Starting in the capital they, and several other tour members, traveled counter-clockwise on the fabled 820 mile long Ring Road around the island nation. They encountered multiple snow storms, glowing northern lights, Icelandic horses, frozen waterfalls, crashing waves, soaring snow-capped mountains, blue-iced glacial lagoons, glittering ice shards on black sand beaches, and much more. A trip of a lifetime said some. John, Jeff and Greg will present 25 images each from this trip so there will be plenty of interesting photographs to share and discuss.
