Join Steve Giardini explores the creative continuum via his photography. Steve's own journey will be detailed with his own experience a road map for the presentation. He will explain how and why he moved along the creative continuum and transitioned from iconic representational image-making to a more subjective, creative approach. On each continuum way point, he will relate his personal experience and offer suggestions to self-challenge and self-inspire our potential next move on the creative continuum. Typical and expected roadblocks — such as fear of failure, acceptance, and being the odd person out — will be discussed. Steve will also:
- Encourage everyone to consider where they are on the photographic continuum: yesterday, today, and tomorrow;
- Challenge us to think about our next-level goals from a creative point of view, helping us to broaden our artistic and creative aspirations beyond learning techniques and skills, and to appreciate that the camera is a tool with endless creative opportunities; and
- Conclude by comparing the limitless opportunities of the creative continuum to a more-of-the-same photographic experience.
Steve is located in Bend Oregon (see bio below) so this is a Zoom only presentation. Please register via the link.
