This class will cover the basics of aviation photography. Brent will cover shooting an airshow as well as other aviation opportunities. Airshows typically have fast moving jets, slower propeller aircraft, stunt performers and static aircraft on the ground. We will cover suggested camera settings, lens selection and techniques for these various scenarios. We will look at where to position yourself throughout the day to get the best sun angles on the aircraft. We will also look at night airshows (yes, they have those), WWII re-enactors and human-interest stories are around the hangers. I think this class will be of interest to all levels of photographers from beginners to advanced shooters.
Join us May 14th at 6:30 PM at Millcreek Community Library at 2266 E Evergreen Ave, Salt Lake City, UT. Please register for this presentation!
