Wasatch Camera Club is delighted to present Eva Polak, an impressionist photographer from Auckland, New Zealand. Join Eva for a talk on developing personal artistic expression with a camera. Eva will provide an introduction to the visual language of photography and demonstrate how to capture expressive and artistic images. She will share how to give images a more painterly look. The main part of the talk is to encourage people to try out various approaches to image-making and help them expand their own approach to photography.
Eva Polak is well known for her enthusiasm and passion for impressionist photography. She is the author of three books: “Impressionist Photography Techniques – A Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Great Images by Using Your Digital Camera,” “Transcended Light,” and “The Secret Life of Dandelions.”
