Birds in Flight Photography Morning at Bear River Refuge Join us for an early‑morning photography outing focused on capturing birds in flight at the beautiful Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge. We’ll meet just before sunrise to take advantage of the best light and the refuge’s incredible morning activity. I’ll share a quick handout with suggested camera settings, techniques, and tips for photographing fast‑moving subjects. I’m not a professional instructor, but I’m excited to pass along what I’ve learned and practice together in a relaxed, supportive environment. After a short overview, we’ll head out along the scenic drive to put everything into action—experimenting with shutter speeds, tracking techniques, and composition while enjoying the wildlife and landscape.
